When connected to an AE Tools & Computers custom laptop with an IDS subscription, this interface opens up complete diagnostic coverage of current Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles. This includes module reprogramming, key programming and all other functions. The VCM 3 is required for all new 2018 Ford vehicles and is backwards compatible with most 16 pin Fords.
Ford VCM 3 covers all OBD II light duty Ford vehicles.
