When it comes to support, nobody in the aftermarket does it like AE Tools & Computers.  Our support team offers over the phone and Internet-based remote assistance for computer programming, immobilizer and security-related issues, tool functionality, and more. We’re actually live on the car with you, logged in via the Internet to a PC at your location.

To better serve the customer and to make sure your issues are handled to completion. We have developed this fast way for support, allowing us to contact you directly bypassing waiting on hold.

Creating a support case will email you a case number that is used to reference the exact issue you are trying to resolve.

After you have created the support case you can simply reply to the email on this support issue and have direct communication with our team.

This new support system will allow tracking and accountability to resolve your issues by our support team.

The new system allows you to attach screen shots and information that we need to know for each issue inside of that exact ticket number for a faster resolution to your issue.

As this support system progresses you will be able to use the internal knowledge base to help find your fast fixes by logging in and searching.

Support Includes:

  • Complete hardware setup and training, as necessary***
  • Assistance with the software update process
  • Tool functionality
  • On-car computer programming, key programming, key cutting, and module programming

*Additional support packages are required for J-2534 OEM software packages.
**Additional support packages are required for setup on personal laptops (included on AE Tools & Computers Custom Laptops).

Our Support does NOT include:

  • Password Management (Google Sheets and KeyPass recommended)
  • Pinpoint Vehicle Diagnostics (Motoshop, iATN, and Identifix recommended)
  • Free Manufacturer Software

Scan tool repair is not included in the package, but is available for an additional charge on an as needed basis.

Premium yearly support packages are available to cover tools that were purchased through another distributor.
