ATS Capacitance Decade Box

Just like the Resistance Decade Box, the Capacitance Decade Box is also ideal for testing automotive sensors and circuits; just insert this Decade Box into the circuit that shows noise present on your oscilloscope. Now simply switch in capacitance values until the noise is no longer present or is limited in its amplitude. The technician quickly rules out noise riding on the circuit being the problem. If the noise is the problem simply check the capacitance value that has been selected and install a hard wired capacitor into the circuit for a quick fix.
